No-Reason Returns

The following cases are not eligible for a no-reason return:

    2. Product packaging or labels have been torn or removed – If the product’s packaging or labels have been torn or removed, we cannot verify the original condition, and it will not qualify for a no-reason return.
    3. Product is a custom or personalized item – Products customized according to your specifications cannot be resold and do not qualify for a no-reason return.
    4. Product is a perishable item or other special product unsuitable for return – We cannot accept returns for perishable items, cosmetics, or other products that pose hygiene concerns.

Return Procedure

To return a product, follow these steps:

    1. Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, log in to your Zixoraol account or contact our customer service team to request a return. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
    2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please return the product in its original, undamaged condition, and retain the shipping proof.
    3. After we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. If the product does not meet the criteria for a no-reason return, we will inform you and offer alternative solutions.

      • The refund will be processed to the original payment method or account you used. If you paid in cash, we will refund you via bank transfer or check.
      • Ensure the product is returned in its original, undamaged condition, including all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse returns for used or damaged products.
